  1. Why are your prices so much lower than other websites with the same products?
    We are a large-volume distributor for all the reputable signing companies, such as  This enables us to always receive the lowest possible prices from these companies. We think the additional savings should be passed on to the customer.
  2. Can I rely on product availability and pricing?
    All listed merchandise on the site is in-stock as of the last time the database was updated. In the event that an item is out of stock, or needs to be back-ordered, you will be contacted by phone if possible, before any charges are made to your account. The prices listed on the site are current, and after a sale has been made, the price charged for the purchased item shall be the same as listed on the site at the time of the sale.
  3. Do you guarantee my purchase?

  4. What are the details of your return policy?
    To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition. Items deemed worn, damaged or missing associated authentication devices, seals or tags by Frame The Stars will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

  6. How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs vary and are primarily dependent upon the size and weight of the item, the shipping method (Standard, Priority or Overnight), the quantity purchased and the ship-to location. The rates and policies for shipping will be determined by the method of shipment that you select prior to the completion of a purchase.

    For example, we offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping anywhere in the continental USA on all orders over $50. The amount you will be charged for shipping will be listed on your invoice before you complete your transaction. Florida deliveries are subject to state sales tax and will be charged the current Florida state tax rate for Dade County. Orders are confirmed via email.
  7. Do you ship overseas?
    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to any countries other than the United States and Canada.
  8. What kind of payments do you accept?

Information such as name, address, etc. is collected only if you make a purchase from our site. This information will be used for billing/shipping purposes only, and will not be shared with any third party.

    All credit card and personal information is encrypted and sent to us using the latest in security methods, so online ordering with Frame The Stars is 100% safe and secure. We Guarantee it. All credit card information is also then encrypted within our database. According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, if fraudulent charges do occur on your card, the maximum amount for which you can be held liable for is $50, and Pro Sports Memorabilia will reimburse that entire amount. In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges do occur, please notify your credit card company immediately.
  11. How do you obtain your autographed memorabilia?
    We obtain all of our memorabilia from paid athlete signings. These signings are conducted by licensed companies.
  12. Do you buy sports memorabilia from private collectors?
    No, we only purchase our sports memorabilia from licensed companies and large distributors, because it is the only way we can consistently guarantee the authenticity of the items we sell.
  13. Do you appraise or authenticate sports collectibles?
    We do not appraise or authenticate sports collectibles. Our prices are based on current market value.
  14. Can’t find an item you are looking for?
    If you cannot find a specific item on our site, please contact us. We work with many different warehouses throughout the US and Canada. They may carry the product you are requesting or may have an upcoming signing with that athlete. Please e-mail us at framethestars@aol.com for more details.
  15. If I buy an item and it goes on sale sometime after I purchase it can I get a discount?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases prior to an item or items going on sale.

Product Pricing and Order Fulfillment
Due to the large number of products we carry, occasionally errors occur in the pricing of our products. We do our best to prevent such instances, but in the event that this should occur we reserve the right to contact the customer prior to the item shipping and inform them of the price discrepancy. At this time the customer may decide whether they wish to pay the correct price or cancel their order. We reserve the right not to fill an order at any time for any reason.
